The premises accommodate our Head Office, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Human Resource, IT and Administration departments. All facilities and processes are fully certified to the ISO 9001:2015 Standard by SGS-UKAS.

All our products are also certified by the Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS) and the KIWA Gastec Certification Laboratories, Netherlands.
HDPE & uPVC Extrusion
The company has acquired six fully automated European-made PE extrusion lines for producing HDPE pipes (16mm to 630mm diameter) with advanced features like real-time ultrasound scanning, gravimetric feeding for precise wall thickness control, and in-line hot stamping for international standard markings. They also have a modern PVC mixing station and three PVC extrusion lines (up to 315mm diameter) with in-line printing for marking according to international standards.
Fittings Fabrication Workshop
The fabrication workshop is fully equipped with European-made machinery to produce custom HDPE Solid wall fittings up to 630mm diameter and Weholite HDPE Structured Wall fittings up to 1200mm diameter. The equipment includes butt fusion and electrofusion machines, bandsaws for both types of fittings, hand-held hot air, and extrusion welding machines, as well as lathe machines for precision machining.
Conversion Equipment
Plasco uses European-made CNC machines to thread and slot PVC pipes up to 315mm diameter for Borehole Casing and Drainage. We also have socketing machines for creating Bell-end and Rubber-ring sockets on uPVC pipes.
